Head of Travel Success

FULLY REMOTE (UK)* £60K - £80K DOE Permanent


Another foray into the world of ESG in travel and we're proud to be working with yet another group of legends, this time to limit the environmental impact of the travel industry. This exciting new client is setting the standard for the future of travel and providing a service to help measure, reduce and remove carbon footprint. They are a growing company who've already made a bright entrance into the world of travel with some huge company names already on their books and a shining future ahead!

The Role 

Success is two-fold in this role. You will work to help clients make a success of their sustainability journey as well as help travel industry vendors succeed in collaborating closely with your services and product. Exceptional client-facing skills are essential for this role as you will meet and present to Global Travel Managers for Fortune 500s and senior leaders at major brands. You will also be collaborating closely with your colleagues in the product team to ensure the right tools are built to service clients & vendors, and your colleagues in sales to ensure a seamless transition from sales to activation.

The Person

Our perfect candidate for this role is someone personable and analytically minded. You must be a trustworthy character who is well versed in building and maintaining relationships with senior execs and unflappable when meeting clients & vendors. You should have substantial experience within the travel industry and a base understanding of sustainability, with a desire to absorb all the training to turn you into an expert. You will be entering a loosely structured environment so you must be ready for an agile role and all the opportunities that it brings.

Experience Required

  • Building relationships is second nature, experience speaking with and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Proven relevant work experience in the travel industry - (ESG experience is a huge bonus!)
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. 
  • A Client-first mindset - you are driven to deliver a first-class experience out of genuine care
  • Product-driven - you have a knack for identifying problems and finding solutions
  • Proactive - you are a self-starter that's always looking to tackle new challenges
  • Experience in a start-up environment is desired but not essential

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
  • FULLY REMOTE - *Hybrid office spaces in London & Bristol.
  • Start date: ASAP
