Luxury Travel Sales Consultant

North London £30-£35K Permanent

Our clients react quickly to apply a personal approach to high-end travel planning and consider every detail when building the perfect holiday for their client. Through combined team effort and collaboration they offer the experience and expertise to create unforgettable itineraries. 

DAY TO DAY 

In addition to the core purpose of travel designing, there are broader areas of the business which you are likely to be involved with, including:

  • Using your experience and reacting to client requirements by building and planning bespoke itineraries as and when they are needed - our clients customers are ready to travel, they empower you to do the rest! 
  • Design creative, luxurious and inspiring itineraries and provide clients will all information they need for all aspects of travel.
  • Inspire clients and further relationships with them by researching new destinations and travel ideas on an ongoing basis.
  • Demonstrate creative flair through liaising with the client, understanding their requirements and converting to create memorable experiences.
  • Execute all bookings ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish 
  • Attending client events, trade events and networking opportunities as a confident ambassador.
  • Growing the business by sourcing new clients*

* a book of clients that can be introduced to the business upon starting would be advantageous 

Skills Required

  • Demonstrate initiative, enthusiasm, common sense and all with an entrepreneurial mind-set. 
  • A natural sales person with excellent communication. 
  • The ability to multi-task and work to deadlines, possessing strong organisational and time management skills are essential! 
  • Work well with direction from the company’s wider team, as well using your own initiative to work independently.
  • Knowledge of high end cruises not essential but advantageous.
  • Strong social media presence and/or ability to enhance company social following is not essential but advantageous.

The Small Print

Start date: ASAP

Reporting to: Senior Sales Consultant & Company Partners

Location: North London (4 days/week in the office & 1 day remote)

Basis: Full time, Monday to Friday. Additional hours as the business requires and the role may require international travel for attendance at travel trade shows

Salary: From £30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

Benefits : 25 days paid holiday per annum plus the usual public holidays in England; international travel. Potential to grow with the business and move into a partner position.
