Luxury Villa Consultant

London 25K - 28K Permanent

Our client is a luxury villa rental company representing some of the best private villas to rent in the most sought after destinations across the Mediterranean and Morocco. The business was born from a lifelong passion for travelling and villa holidays by their director, who's family have villas in their blood, having founded a very well known Villa company in the 70's!

The business has just completed its 4th summer as an agency, having signed up over 200 villas across five countries and overseen strong growth in bookings despite the pandemic. The owner is an incredibly nice human that we've had the pleasure of getting to know, having worked with their sibling since our inception.

The Role

Our clients aim is to become the best-known British brand for luxury villa rentals by utilising technology and building out a team of destination specialists throughout Europe. Now that's GOALS and the newly created position of Luxury Villa Consultant will be key to helping them achieve this vision.

This is an opportunity to grow with an exciting owner-run small business.You'll be getting involved in everything from managing  enquires and overseeing sales, but you'll also be getting down and dirty with responsibilities covering all aspects of the business from marketing to biz dev. 

This is an epic opportunity to grow into a role and become a senior member of the team as the company expands (did we mention #growthplans ?!?!).

The Person: 

We're ideally looking for someone with ties / previous experience in the luxury villa sector, but of course welcome people who have experience in Europe or luxury trip planning in general, the biggest thing for us is an entrepreneurial flair and passion to succeed in a small team environment.

We're after someone who:

- Has a good knowledge of European holiday destinations 

- Understands how to liase with HNWI

- Is detail orientated and takes pride in their work and service levels 

- Is creative and wants to bring their authentic self to the office

- Is a natural salesperson and has experience closing luxury trip bookings

- Wants to work in a small team and a collaborative environment, with full support from the owner 

- Likes a challenge and is driven by a will to succeed 

The Day to Day:

Sales

- Managing new enquiries and recommending suitable villas

- Chasing existing quotations and following up old leads

- Managing booking documentation, clients queries and pre-arrival administration.

- To keep the database up-to-date with availability and changes to villa features

The Small Print:

- £25,000 - £28,000 + commission (subject to experience).

- Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm 

- Relaxed and casual office environment in West London 

- Opportunity to work alongside the director of a new company with great potential

- Opportunity to travel to our featured destinations on familiarization trips.

- 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
