In September 2019, after working on and managing the hosted buyers programme at This is Beyond, Chris King founded Lightning. The premise then was simple - provide a personalised service to owner run travel agencies looking to grow their small teams and maintain contact with job seekers even when they're not looking for a new role.
Well, after successful launching, post Covid Chris decided to expand our brand's focus to the wider luxury travel and lifestyle industry officially, but the company has maintained the same ethos that we think separates us from the rest....we give a sh*t.
We will help rival companies out by suggesting candidates even if we don't get a fee, because we want them to get a job. We refuse to cold call for new business and never send marketing emails because we value your time. We take the time to get to know people and value the power of personal relationships.
