The Day to day of the Role

 Dealing with all aspects of a holiday enquiry from first call until the client
returns
 Discussing options with the client
 Planning and creating itineraries
 Responsible for invoicing and pre-tour documents
 Booking and managing flights on Galileo
 Liaising with ground handlers
 Sending final documentation
 Contacting client for a debrief on return
 Acting as back up for colleagues when they are on leave
 Being a team player

About you

- Familiarity with DHRUV and GALILEO useful but not essential

- Be operationally minded as well as sales sufficient, as there is no admin support with these roles

- Be a region expert and super passionate about the region, with at least 2-3 years experience of a region. If you've got experience as a region specialist in any of the luxury tour operators in London then the client would love to speak to you to see if they can further your career here.

- Would need to see some examples of your travels around the region and properties you have sold / visited when submitting your profile to the client. 

The Small Print

£40K - £43.5K DOE + commission - top billers are adding £33K to this as OTE

Hybrid setup 3:2 split preffered, company own office in West London and would be great if people want to go in more, but open to all experienced candidates (2+ years as region expert) commutable to London.
