Dublin (HYBRID) €45-€50K (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits Permanent

The Role

In recent times, the business has seen incredible organic growth with their Corporate Leisure clients and there is no shortage of demand! In order to capitalise on this growth, they have now opened up an exciting and brand new position within the business for a Corporate Leisure Travel Specialist. In short, your role will be to expand the current database of Corporate Leisure Travellers. 

Core to the role, you will be responsible for identifying people who are interested in Corporate Leisure Travel offering and selling luxury corporate leisure holidays to a wide range of customers. 

This role is ideal for an experienced corporate leisure business development manager or business travel consultant seeking something a little different.

The Person 

Your role will be to identify the person that holds the keys to the travel budget within large businesses across Dublin and the rest of Ireland and (to put it simply!) charm the pants off them. Not only will you be helping to arrange their trips but on occasion you may also be asked to accompany them too. So charisma and a subtle ego, strong sales ability and good European destination knowledge would make the perfect package, but if only a couple of boxes are ticked here, still holla! 

You will be passionate about travel and delivering excellence, every time. Financially astute while working with suppliers to develop and price exciting itineraries. Most importantly though, this is an incredible business with an amazing owner. Being the ultimate team player and taking a collaborative approach makes this organisation, without question, the very best in the business not only in Ireland but across the globe too. So in order to succeed, you will need to adopt the same approach. 

The Day to Day

  • Handle specific corporate leisure and group requests from beginning to end, including accompanying them on their trip from time to time.
  • Prepare proposals and quotes while coordinating with Product and/or Sales.
  • Have first-hand knowledge of European destinations is essential and your ability to provide the best service will be paramount.
  • Consult with our customers listening to their ideas and requirements.
  • Design creative, inspiring itineraries, suitable for corporate leisure groups and provide clients will all information they need for all aspects of travel for their destination.
  • Execute all bookings ensuring a seamless experience where you will handle every detail of the booking from initial inquiry to the clients returning home.
  • Display a high conversion rate from enquiry to confirmed booking.
  • Deal with any problems which may occur in advance of, during or after a client trip.
  • Engage in active aftercare service to ensure client retention and relationship development.
  • A keen eye for detail and distinctive high level of customer service skills is essential.

The Small Print

  • Reporting to: Sales and Product Manager 
  • Location: Dublin, Ireland (hybrid office approach)
  • Basis: Full time (39hrs/week) 
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Salary: €45K-€50K (DOE)
  • Benefits: 25 days paid annual leave per annum, annual travel fund to travel to relevant destinations, pension, life insurance, fam trip and discounted travel with company suppliers.
