Executive Assistant

FULLY REMOTE (UK)* £35k-£40k Permanent

Our second role for this fabulous bunch who are working to limit the environmental impact of the travel industry. This exciting new client is setting the standard for the future of travel and providing a service to help measure, reduce and remove carbon footprint. They are a growing company who've already made a bright entrance into the world of travel with some huge company names already on their books and a shining future ahead!

You will have great attention to detail, strong emotional intelligence, integrity and exceptional communication skills. Needless to say, you will have a great work ethic and be a glass half full kind of person, with no task being too big or small.

You should be forward-thinking with an operational mindset. You will be assisting the founders and senior members of the team in the management of their time and workload as well as the day-to-day running of the business and aspects of office management. 

So what will the day-to-day look like?

Supporting the founders and senior members of the team on a day-to-day basis, including organising meetings & diary management but also taking full ownership for and working autonomously on delegated projects.

  • Assist/lead projects and tasks across the full range of clients and products.
  • Dealing with a broad spectrum of people including very senior business executives, this could include email correspondence, phone calls and in-person meetings.
  • Support long-term account management of major clients
  • Support and drive the day-to-day operations and running of Thrust Carbon including business development, sales activities, and proposals.
  • Carry out research tasks and join the technical team on code review & product strategy

Okay I'm in, what qualities are you after in a candidate?

2 years of solid PA / Equivalent administrative experience

  • Thrives working in a small team/startup environment
  • A genuine passion to combat the climate crisis
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise and cope with deadlines
  • Adaptable and versatile with a hunger to grow with the company
  • A professional and enthusiastic approach to administrative tasks
  • Excellent IT skills

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week
  • FULLY REMOTE - *Hybrid office spaces in London & Bristol.
  • Start date: ASAP
