The Role:
Our client is looking for a new Head of Marketing to join its ever-growing team. As a member of the senior team, you’ll be a strategic thinker, a creative spirit with a passion for data, and have a strong understanding of the luxury travel market. You’ll be proactive and hands-on with your team of two, supporting the creation and implementation of all marketing activations across print and digital. This is a dynamic business, always evolving and responsive to the needs of the industry, so a demanding and fast-paced environment won’t phase you.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a robust marketing plan for all owned platforms to acquire, retain and renew clients and members, as well as improve the brand positioning of the brand in the market
- Collaborate closely with senior team to deliver data-driven campaigns for the membership and calendar of events.
- Review and improve member communications via digital social and email marketing.
- Develop an innovative social media and PR strategy to expand the Luxury community network.
- Oversee and improve the recording of ROI for the brand and its clients.
- Continually update the community and event platforms to offer value adds throughout the year.
- Work closely with the Operations Director to effectively implement the company’s crisis communication response.
- Collaborate with the operations team to deliver a strong calendar of events.
- Develop a compelling content calendar for the brand's social series.
- Manage the positioning of events by overseeing the script, master presentation and creative briefs.
- Work with external photographer and videographers to create content that promotes the brand proposition, and supports the community.
- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective working conditions and partnerships.
- Lead, manage, mentor and support your team of two (Marketing Manager and Marketing Executive) to help meet department and individual goals.
- Be the brand guardian; oversee the brand direction and demand high quality throughout all activations.
- Improve the performance, efficiency and functionality of the community platform, website and email automation.
- Support the continuous innovation of the brand and its products.

- Strong presenter to speak in-front of key clients and delegations.
Nice to Have:
- Proficient in HTML, with a good understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign and Dreamweaver.
- Confident writer, with an ability to write copy on demand.
