Our client is a luxury villa rental company representing some of the best private villas to rent in the most sought after destinations across the Mediterranean and Morocco. The business was born from a lifelong passion for travelling and villa holidays by their director, who's family have villas in their blood, having founded a very well known Villa company in the 70's!
The business has just completed its 5th summer as an agency, having signed up over 200 villas across five countries and overseen strong growth in bookings despite the pandemic. The owner is an incredibly nice human that we've had the pleasure of getting to know, having worked with their sibling since our inception.
Our clients aim is to become the best-known British brand for luxury villa rentals by utilising technology and building out a team of destination specialists throughout Europe and beyond. Now that's GOALS and the newly created position of Head of Sales will be key to helping them achieve this vision.
With the owner of the business based in Greece for the majority of the year you must be a dynamic, a natural people person, a relationship builder who's all too familiar with building a sales pipeline. As the business grows over time you will be helping to expand the UK office.
This is an opportunity to grow with an exciting independent, owner-run small business. You'll be getting involved in everything from managing enquires and overseeing sales, but you'll also be getting down and dirty with responsibilities covering all aspects of the business and managing the UK team. You will be required to travel to familiarize yourself with the villas and destinations they cover, sometimes staying in the villa themselves.
In order to succeed, you'll need to be dynamic and will need to have a strong grasp of all ongoing client jobs all while seeing the bigger picture. You will have worked in the industry for a number of years, ideally you will have great experience in Villas and even better knowledge of European holiday destinations.
As the business grows you will welcome and onboard new members to the team, so you will have proven experience of empowering team members to do their best work through facilitation and coaching, allowing each individual to thrive in their own way. Exceptional communicator and relationship-building with a wide range of partners and colleagues.
