Lifestyle Manager

REMOTE* £35K-£40K + Commission Permanent

Our client works in the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sector and provides their clients with unforgettable experiences and amazing lifestyle & concierge support. The owner of the business is an old friend of ours from our PURE Life Experiences days, before setting up on their own and are experts in the fine art of living, from sourcing luxury goods right through to private jet & yacht charter bookings. Based in London but with clients in the UK, USA, UAE & Bahamas, they offer a supremely accomplished lifestyle service to provide the most exclusive experiences for their clients. As an affiliate to Virtuoso, you will have access to some of the best luxury hotels & properties and DMC's the world of luxury travel has to offer. 

The Role 

Within the business, the role of Lifestyle Manager would be to manage the day to day enquires for travel and concierge clients. You will be dealing directly with the client, mostly through WhatsApp so written communication skills are essential. The role will require a well organised, tenacious and confident individual with good knowledge of lifestyle, entertainment properties, good all round service including sourcing luxury goods and getting access to some of the hottest places in town for your HNW & UHNW clients. You may be expected to be flexible with hours in order to service client requests depending on where they are based. 

The Day to Day 

  • Booking Travel (hotels & flights) using Sabre
  • Working directly with clients via WhatsApp
  • Sourcing luxury goods, watches / hand bags via preferred suppliers
  • Private jet/yacht charter bookings
  • Restaurant reservations 
  • A-Z luxury travel inclusive of booking airport meet & greets/car transfers 
  • Booking theatre, cinema, etc. experiences  

The Person

A person with charm & charisma that has worked in a similar role with at Quintessentially / TEN / Scott Dunn Private or other Lifestyle and Concierge businesses are the front runners for this role. Due to the size of the business, you are likely to get more exposure to the wider day to day of the organisation.

You will need to have experience, or be willing to fight for sold out access to some of the hottest restaurants in town and generally just find a way to make these things happen!


  • Experience using GDS is a must (ideally Sabre) 
  • At least 2 Years Experience in Travel or Concierge & Lifestyle industry
  • Ability to travel 
  • Experience in dealing with international clients 

The Small Print 

  • £35-£40K + 20% commission on all travel & lifestyle requests 
  • *Remote (Must be within commutable distance to London for occasional in person meetings)
  • 22 days holiday
