Loyalty Specialist

London (HYBRID) Up to £35K + Bonus Permanent

After filling ten (yes... TEN) roles with this business, we are so excited to continue working directly with the MD of this well known brand in luxury travel, to help grow their team in super trendy Shoreditch. We have a fantastic relationship with this industry heavyweight and know the company inside out - as well as being known for their excellent service levels and fantastic product, they also look after their staff extremely well, with a huge focus on company culture & wellbeing.

About the role:

Our client is looking to take their service levels with their most loyal travellers to a whole new level. Using data from their CRM, you'll be identifying potential promoters of the business that have booked and travelled with this Tour Operator and, when it comes to them travelling again (or any friends or family they'd like to refer), it will be your responsibility to explore the thoughtful details that will make their next journey another memorable experience. Before handing over to the relevant travel advisor, you will establish a strong rapport with the client, convey your passion for travel and creatively & effortlessly portray the type of journey the business can curate for them. In essence, this is a sales role without the stress sales related KPI's!

As the company looks to expand on this team, there is clear scope for progression with the opportunity to advance into a managerial position and build the team around you.

The Person

You will need to be detail orientated and have the ability to register minute details about the client and their interests so it can be added to the company CRM for handover to the relevant Travel Advisor. As we have already eluded to, you will need to establish a strong rapport with your client - you will need to have the ability to "talk travel" and really show them that you and the business are passionate about the industry.

If you are looking to transition out of sales/trip design but still have the love of talking about your worldly experiences and passion for travel, then this is probably the ideal role for you. Of course, we are obviously not limiting ourselves to ex-sales candidates!

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Forms deep, trusting relationships with clients
  • Passion for travelling and a good general travel experience
  • Strong commercial skills and an ability to interpret data and patterns
  • Have an ability to develop solutions to complex problems when they arise
  • Previous experience of working within a tour operator and travel sector market preferred

About you

  • Able to actively listen and demonstrate empathy and self-awareness
  • Positive and approachable, inviting feedback and input from others
  • Humble and open to learn and adapt as things change

  • Building a culture of collaboration, learning and best practice within and across teams
  • A ‘big picture’ mindset – appreciative of your position within the business as an organization comprised of different teams collectively working together towards the same goal

The Small Print:

  • Office Hours: Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm in Shoreditch (Hybrid)
  • Salary: £35,000 DOE* + Bonus (minimum OTE 45K)
