Cirencester £30k - £45k + individual & team bonus Permanent

The role...

You will create tailor made luxury travel itineraries and work as the key point of contact and source of knowledge to your guests throughout the process. You will work as a generalist in terms of locations offering the opportunity to take on new destinations and build your global knowledge within a team of experts.

The day to day...

  • Creating high end, bespoke tailor-made travel itineraries
  • Ensure product is aligned with the companies Positive Impact Travel ethos
  • Engaging with clients to ensure excellent customer care before, during and after travel
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Following up on leads & client feedback

The person...

We're open to a variety of profiles for this from 1 to 5 years experience in a similar role but you could have sold anywhere in luxury travel during that time, just bring the drive to learn new regions and this client with handle the rest! The successful candidate will be a team player with a friendly, helpful manner and personable nature, somebody confident in building relationships with clients by phone and email.

Desired skills & experience...

  • Knowledge of Central Asia desired but not essential
  • Excellent written, oral and sales skills
  • Maintain extremely high standards of customer service – communicating with suppliers and clients
  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a pressurised environment and to strict deadlines
  • Positive attitude towards teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer office skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel etc
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A willingness to embrace challenges and ambitious sales targets
  • A team player with personality, knowledge, and commitment to the the company concept of supplying high quality tailor-made holidays.
  • Experience of working within the travel industry creating high end tailor-made itineraries

- Salary: £30k - £45k
