The role...

Typically you’d be creating fully personalised travel itineraries based around your clients ideas and imaginations. You will build relationships with prospecting clients and engage them by sharing your personal experiences and destination in order to inspire them and provide long lasting memories and stories to tell when they get home!

The person...

• >1 year experience selling & curating bespoke luxury travel or properties.
• Successful track record of enquiry conversion and annual revenue.
• You care deeply about creating memories and have strong destination knowledge, ideally through first-hand experience.
• Passionate about travel and high touch point customer service.
• An active listener and effective salesperson
• Charismatic
• Problem solver; viewing challenges as a way to grow.
• Motivated to go above and beyond for your clients
• Commercial acumen and the ability to manage your own performance to achieve targets
• Calm under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Typical salary brackets for these roles sit between £35K - £45K DOE  and we have clients actively wanting talent who fits this brief.
