Operations Executive

LONDON/HYBRID £28k - £31.5k DOE Permanent

The Role 

This position is vital in supporting the travel team in all aspects of travel operations, ensuring a flawless transition through to the client experience. 

Your day to day will include:

  • Dealing with the post-sales administration of client bookings, double checking details, ensuring documentation is prepared correctly and and all invoices and bookings are entered correctly in the relevant systems.
  • Helping with the checking and entry of booking details into our system
  • Coordinating with regional heads and local suppliers to ensure documentation and service delivery is correct
  • Assisting regional heads of travel design with troubleshooting service issues from an operational perspective
  • Working closely with all teams to ensure client/trip information is correctly stored in the relevant internal systems
  • Ensuring local suppliers have correct brand collateral for clients
  • Assisting with the smooth delivery/checking and dispatch of client documentation/packs

Experience Required

  • A comprehensive understanding of global travel
  • Experience working with a variety of systems
  • Previous travel operations experience is required
  • A track record of efficient and effective organisational skills

The Small Print!

  • Flexible hybrid 3:2 split of WFH and office
  • Monday - Friday 10am - 6pm
  • Salary: £28k - £31.5k
