Reservations Agent / Membership Assistant

The Role:

For this exciting role, we are looking for a Reservation Agent to perform a variety of tasks including quoting clients, booking hotels, proposing rates, amending reservations and supporting the booking team with the aim of contributing to the perfect trip for their members. 

The Person: 

We are looking for a well-organised individual with great time management skills that will be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our growing business by providing personalised and timely support to members and their travel requests. Day to Day:

• Hotel proposals for members
• Bookings and amendments
• Other tasks related to hotel bookings and offers
• Confirmation emails and upgrade checker
• Membership admin

Skills Required

• No degree needed
• Hotel and travel knowledge a plus
• Work experience as Travel Advisor, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role a plus 
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality

The Small Print:

• Base salary of £25k - £27.5k depending on experience 
• Mon - Friday 9-6pm - London / Hybrid
• 20 days annual leave
• Requirement to work weekends on rota basis
• Opportunity to attend Fam Trips
