Sales Consultant (4Days/Week)

Remote (UK) £30K-£35K Permanent

The Company 

Established in 2019, our client set up their independent hotel sales representation company and now represent some of the best privately owned hotels & villas across Europe. They convey the unique stories behind each property to a vast agency and partner network across the UK and take pride in acting as an extension of its client’s sales teams.

The Role: Sales Consultant 

The role will focus on proactive sales activities and driving business to an exceptional portfolio of clients. This will be a client facing role, with regular meetings, both face to face and virtual, in addition to a few international hosted fam trips and/or industry trade shows. You'll need to have have UK market luxury travel industry sales experience with specific focus towards Europe, however we would be open to candidates with experience in other geographical regions. 

We want our candidates to be passionate in their presenting skills and about the industry in general. You'll need to tell descriptive stories that will paint a vivid picture of your clients property. Basic PowerPoint presentation givers need not apply!

Skills Required

  • Prospecting for new agency leads
  • Good account management skills 
  • Adapting sales strategies to suit the needs of each hotel client 
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills 
  • Comfortable at presenting, entertaining and building a strong rapport with clients
  • Highly organised and effortless multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent all-round communication skills and ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong contacts in place within the travel industry is desirable 
  • Ability to deliver results based on commercial targets and expectations
