Sales Manager EMEA - Corporate Entertainment & MICE

Our client is seeking a highly-motivated individual as part of their global sales team, representing their properties within the Corporate, Entertainment & MICE segments in EMEA, as well as cross selling to other regions. 

Our clients brand enjoys an excellent position in the global luxury travel market and this role requires a good understanding of the luxury travel trade landscape and all luxury consortia.


- You’ll be an experienced sales professional, with minimum of three years either on- property or regional hotel sales experience within the Corporate, Entertainment and MICE sectors

- You'll know the who's who of the travel industry and shine being the face of this world-renowned brand, as well as having travelled extensively.

- You'll have excellent communication and presentation skills and will be comfortable liaising with hotel owners, GM’s and high-end clients.


  1. Room Night/Revenue Generation:  Directly responsible for reservation and revenue volume increases from the Corporate, Entertainment and MICE travel market which includes the following sources: travel managers, corporate on-sites, corporate travel agencies and corporate agencies for negotiated accounts.
  2. Presentation: Effectively present the clients brand to key corporate travel managers, Entertainment TMCs and MICE companies during various market events and sales activities.
  3. Leadership: Provide clear direction, training, and assistance to our client’s member hotels, as required. 
  4. Strategy and Planning: Key contributor to the long-term strategy of our clients within the EMEA region.
  5. Analysis: Fully monitor and evaluate all activities to assess areas of market need, re-evaluate poorly performing programmes, and make recommendations for the future as well as to right-fit our client’s properties.
  6. Administration and Database Management: Ensure all activity is run efficiently and effectively, and within budget.
  7. Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to our client’s policies and procedures worldwide

Will work closely with the Director of Sales in Europe, APAC and The Americas


  • Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably Salesforce, Lanyon and Sabre/SynXis
  • Are highly organised and self-motivated
  • Consider yourself creative and enthusiastic with a willingness to share new ideas
  • Are a team player with a strong ability to self-manage
  • Have a keen interest in all things moving and shaking the travel industry

The Small Print

Monday - Friday and flexible working hours on a hybrid basis, 4 days office, 1 day WFH split. You can fit your working hours around your lifestyle and work anytime between 7am and 8pm (e.g 7am - 3:30pm or 9am - 5:30pm). Office space in Victoria, and the role includes some international travel (may include weekends)

£50,000 - £60,000 based on experience

20% bonus
