Now entering exciting period of growth, the Founders are looking for a Senior Lifestyle Manager to join them on their journey of disrupting the industry, for the better.

The role...

You will be the go to for a discerning client base and all their travel, dining and lifestyle requests, working via a variety of contact channels including including digital app, phone and live group chats. You will be part of a dynamic start up environment with the autonomy to have your say on new opportunities and how the department grows. We want to hire somebody ambitious with some good experience under their belt and the view to develop into a team lead or managerial role as the business grows.

The day to day...

  • Inspiring members on product and service offers and their availability to book
  • Creating member requests and working to create experiences, travel, dining and lifestyle requests that fits the members requirements, maintaining impeccable daily standards
  • To achieve and exceed individual sales and services targets each month after full launch reporting on individual sales pipeline
  • To provide management with member feedback and insight to ensure continual learnings are collectively gained
  • Work within a young company with a solutions based mentality, making suggestions for improvement that supports the overall vision
  • Research and work with the Founders team to onboard the next “in the know” insider dining/nightlife establishments
  • Proactively looking to enhance the member experience by contacting suppliers and adding special requests or small gestures to elevate the overall experience.
  • Be an ambassador of the company at events or industry trade shows when required and participating in client campaigns
  • Attend FAM trips to further your knowledge in luxury product in the UK and abroad
  • Build on existing relationships with restaurant’s and bars so we gain access for our members

What are we looking for?

  • An ability to communicate effectively with a young demographic of high-end clients both verbally and in writing
  • Background of achieving sales and service targets within a lifestyle, concierge or travel role
  • Flawless attention to detail
  • A passion for the luxury sector and genuine hospitality
  • Understand the value of quality and delivering KPIs
  • Ability to multi-task and support wider team when required
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications such as excel, word, email applications, Internet browsers and the ability to learn new applications quickly
  • Ability to absorb extensive information around luxury travel, villas, dining and a real flair in relation to wowing members
  • Enjoy working for a fast paced start-up work environment that has an open and exciting culture with a dynamic team

Salary: £50k - £60k + commission
Format & location: Remote within the UK with occasional travel to events
Working hours: Core office hours 09.00 - 17.30 with occasional out of hours cover when required
