REMOTE / UK & Europe £32k - £35k + sales bonus + company bonus Permanent

The Role...

You will be providing an outstanding guest experience from enquiry through to execution of the trip, taking full ownership of the process end-to-end and creating exceptional memories of this unique region for your clientele. You will be joining a mix of well embedded, experienced players and fresh talent to the industry, working within a remote team of passionate travellers.

The Person...

We are looking for people who's love for travel is evident in their communication. You will be motivated to provide an exceptional guest experience and have a specific love for this region and sharing it with others, as well as protecting it for the future generations. A self-starter and confident multitasker who ideally, is familiar with a remote working format and the nuances that this brings to team communication.

Experience Required...

  • Successful sales background and strong familiarity with consultative selling of bespoke travel itineraries
  • Personal experience & first hand knowledge of Patagonia

The day to day..

  • Qualifying and processing enquiries through to closed sales, providing an exceptional guest experience throughout
  • Collaborate with all departments, DMCs and the wider company to provide a seamless experience for guests. 
  • Assist the marketing team with editorial content and the creation and updating of example plans.
  • Taking ownership for all client travel documentation
  • Working with Marketing department to come up with ideas for PR and social media.
  • Learn about company products to sell other destinations where you have knowledge
  • Effective budget management
  • Travelling on FAM trips. Collaborating with your team, marketing and operations departments before travel to ensure optimum fact-finding and deliver product training on your return. Upload videos and pictures to our asset management system.

Reporting to: Patagonia Sales Manager

Start Date: ASAP

Location: REMOTE / UK & Europe (Working to a UK or US time zone)

Flexible hours: You will be working with a team across varied locations so your start/finish hours can be adapted as long as they cover an appropriate window

Salary: £32k-£35k + sales bonus (OTE £6k) + company bonus
