About you

You’ll be full of fresh ideas, able to manage multiple trips simultaneously and pro-actively create and develop itineraries.
You will have a good knowledge of the world in general, ideally previous experience working within the travel industry and having a passion for adventure.
You will thrive dealing directly with UHNW clients, building your own loyal client book and proactively curate trips & adventures for them around the world.
You must be willing to work curious hours now and again, particularly in the Summer months. This is not your typical travel agency so a willingness and natural tendency to go above and beyond is critical to being successful in this role.

About the Role

Always demanding but exhilarating. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in the role as is thinking outside of the box and making the seemingly impossible, possible.
As a key part of the travel team, you will be expected to work on the creation, planning, pitching and execution of trips. Your role will often be re-active but the purpose of the position is to develop the travel team into a more pro-active team as time moves on.
Over time you will be assigned specific clients to take care of and hopefully bring in your own clients to the business.

You will be working underneath the Head of Travel, directly answering to him on a day to day basis. Alongside this, you will work closely with the “Lifestyle” team assisting them with client requests.

Essential experience

• Pitch writing and production: Responsible for collating information and working with suppliers on bespoke itineraries and building client facing pitch documents.
• Project planning: Curating and managing bespoke detail orientated itineraries right from the initial planning phase through to execution of the trips successfully.
• Research: Helping to build personal and team industry knowledge on global travel destinations for proactive, active and reactive client enquiries.
• Administration: Responsible for company and team administration where appropriate.
• Finance: Fiscal responsibility of your own client trips, which directly feed into the travel team P&L.

The Offer

Full-time, permanent, hybrid 3 days in the office (probation full time in office)
Salary - £30,000 - £45,000 per annum – 6-month probation
Dubai salary - AED 135,000 – AED 200,000
Bonus & Commission applicable
