The role...

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Curated Experiences Manager to lead the development, management and execution of our clients Hosted Experiences working closely with the curated experiences team through the next stage of company growth. This position will be responsible for multiple experience projects through all stages of the planning and production process. You should have a background in luxury travel and events with direct experience in travel planning, project management and execution at highest standards.

Core responsibilities...

● Project management of the calendar of events/experiences to ensure projects are progressing on track, delivered on time, within budget, at the high service level and quality standards required.
● Problem solving: Identify problems or inconsistencies and develop risk mitigation systems, cost savings opportunities and appropriate recommendations
● Ensure prompt proactive communication with stakeholders at all stages of the experience
● Ongoing supplier management, contract performance reporting and negotiating remediations
● Support the development of event schedules, itinerary proposals and bespoke exclusive offerings that meet and exceed client expectations
● Develop and maintain documentation for all projects to ensure effective delivery, with consistent
communication to project teams and senior management
● Develop global product knowledge about the relevant travel events/experiences
● Support research and development for new experiences, private properties and Hosts
● Budget planning across company projects, working collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders to manage and sign-off on project deliverables
● Set up new projects in Asana and Drive, ensuring consistency with documentation across all projects and systems
● Manage Quality Assurance across all projects, while ensuring high attention to detail and superior execution standards

Skills & Qualifications

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to learn and innovate within the luxury sector of the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have an understanding and appreciation of the luxury world, a detail-oriented individual who will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. 

You will also:

● Have excellent communication skills, written and verbal
● Confident managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to meet milestone and deadlines
● Luxury product knowledge
● Be a self-starter and motivated with the ability to define goals, prioritise your work and manage time effectively
● Detail oriented and highly organised
● Hands-on experience in planning travel plans and itineraries
● Have a proficient understanding of using different technologies and software solutions
● Have a good understanding of the luxury travel market and exposure to other areas such as lifestyle, design, fashion, etc.
● Attention to detail in language and written or visual communication.
