The role...

This is true bespoke, end to end itinerary planning at it's finest and you will own the process from conception to confirmation. You will be dealing direct with clientele using your in depth knowledge garnered from personal experience in the region to augment their ambitions and exceed expectations. You will be working within a team of exceptionally well travelled individuals to further build your own experience and will have access to the very best product on the market.

The day to day...

  • Courteously dealing with a discerning clientele through written and verbal communication.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and ground agents.
  • Maintain financials including client quotes, your costs and profit margin, managing your performance against your set KPI's.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sharing your expertise and specialist knowledge to amplify content strategy.
  • Working with the product team to continuously develop an industry leading product offering.
  • Curate, attend and report back on FAM trips.

The person...

The successful candidate will have proven experience in luxury travel sales and a proficient knowledge of a range of countries in Africa and the Indian Ocean as well as on the ground, first hand experience of the region. You will be familiar dealing with HNWI's & UHNWI's and the intricacies and nuances that these individuals require to achieve their highest of standards.
