Luxury Travel Designer

London Circa £38k DOE + bonus Permanent

The Role:

The Day to Day: 

  • Ideating new travel experiences and bringing them to life.
  • Managing sales, account management and client service.
  • Taking part in marketing initiatives.
  • Involved in projects from initial call to, when relevant, in-country-recce.
  • Supported by a local team and in-country partners.
  • Using initiative to make a positive impact on the wider luxury travel industry.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Someone who wants to be more than a cog in travel company's sales machine.
  • Global travel knowledge would be a huge plus - this client does not have destination specialisms
  • Over 3 years experience creating experiences in luxury, adventure and or bespoke travel.
  • A team player who brings energy and a positive attitude to their work.
  • Proactive and curious with big and creative ideas.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Growth mindset - sees opportunities for the industry to change.
  • Attention to detail - in luxury every detail has to be thoughtfully considered.
  • Enjoys being involved from start to finish from operations to project management.
  • Love of travel, culture, people and new experiences.


The Small Print:

  • Circa £38,000 DOE + Bonus
  • Two WFH days per week
  • 30 holiday days (inc bank holidays)
