Our new client is a specialist Travel Management Company providing a fully integrated service to the humanitarian, faith and NGO sectors and they represent our first foray into this super exciting sector. They have significant expertise in arranging travel to both familiar and more obscure areas of the globe, with access to exclusive highly flexible humanitarian airfares.

Quite honestly this role is what you'd expect it to be - you'll be assisting clients with travel requirements including but not limited to booking flights, hotels, arranging car hire, airport parking and advising on travel visas. The fun part? You'll likely never have booked some of the destinations clients will be travelling to and these trips are all ones with genuine purpose.
We want values-led icons who love working in travel but are tired of the bullsh*t that comes with the luxury side of the industry and are ready to re-find their purpose and join an owner-led and values-driven company on a mission.
You'll have worked in the industry for a couple of years + and know your way around a GDS system/booking platform. We're looking for naturally charismatic and self-motivated humans that want to join an extremely diverse workforce, with full training provided. You'll be willing to learn some new tricks and won't be afraid to get stuck in and you'll hopefully be looking for your forever company - our client's staff retention rate is 94% in the US office, so their current staff sure do love it there!
