Office & Culture Manager

These incredibly secure household names in travel share a central london located office, although operate independently. With one company being one of the top Villa agencies in the world and the other being known for their industry leading small group tours, it's a fantastic environment to work in, filled with some of the best characters in the industry.

The Role

You'll be looking after a vibrant office space, ensuring a pleasant work environment with high levels of energy, effectiveness, communication and of course, safety. You'll also be in charge of growing the culture in the office, looking at ways to be better and make a difference to employees wellness and engagement. Reporting into one epic GM, with a dotted line to the other GM's (one for each brand), you'll be the go the most popular person in the office no doubt. It's worth noting this office operates on a hybrid basis too (this role is full time office though).

The Person

This role will suit someone who has worked in a similair role previously and has a personal passion for the travel industry.

You'll have great communication skills, a positive can-do attitude and be ready to immerse yourself into the company cultures.

The Responsibilities

- Ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operation

- Help build and grow the company culture

- Suggesting ways to enhance wellness benefits for the company and review recruitment processes to ensure ED&I are at their core

- Manage internal communications

- Recommending and coordinating improvements to the office as needed to ensure a safe, functional, and appealing space.

- Overseeing the safety and maintenance of the office, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.

- Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies and manage contracts

- Ad-hoc support to the senior management teams and get their feedback on people management

- Support the Social & Wellbeing teams

- Oversee recruitment, induction and motivation of teams

- Responsible for group and company compliance & GDPR

The Small Print

Start date: ASAP

Location: Central London

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Format: 4 days office, Fridays WFH
