Within the business, the role of Personal Manager would be to manage the day to day enquires for travel and concierge clients. You will be dealing directly with the client, mostly through WhatsApp so written communication skills are essential. The role will require a well organised, tenacious and confident individual with good knowledge of lifestyle, entertainment properties, good all round service including sourcing luxury goods and getting access to some of the hottest places in town for your HNW & UHNW clients. You may be expected to be flexible with hours in order to service client requests depending on where they are based.
The Day to Day
A person with charm & charisma that has worked in a similar role with Quintessentially / TEN / Scott Dunn Private or other Lifestyle and Concierge businesses are the front runners for this role. Due to the size of the business, you are likely to get more exposure to the wider day to day of the organisation.
You will need to have experience, or be willing to fight for sold out access to some of the hottest restaurants in town. We want good souls who can build and maintain relationships with their team and suppliers to collaborate in achieving and exceeding client expectations.
