Regional Product Executive

Singapore 3500 SGD - 4500 SGD pcm DOE + Bonus Permanent

The Role


The core of this role is to develop and maintain the product range and itineraries within the portfolio for all offices (Singapore, Beijing, Hong Kong). You will be working with the strategic direction of the Product Director, ensuring that the product and offerings remain competitive and meet the needs of the client.
You will be supporting the sales and service efforts of the Travel Specialists, by way of:

  • Product Training
  • Organising familiarisation trips within the allocated budget
  • Maintain the library of information such as:
    Back-up itineraries and costing sheet
    Powerpoints for product training
    Pre-departure information kit
    Organising the tour service reports with feedback on guides/hotels/restaurants etc
    Maintain the Supplier library and Knowledge Bank
  • Constant communication and interaction with the sales team 
  • Answer the sales team itinerary planning questions;
  • Gather feedback for suppliers.


Working with the IT team to maintain the above-required information within our Travel Management system.

Working with the suppliers (including Virtuoso and hotel programs) through:

  • Constant feedback from the sales team to improve their service standard
  • Ensure price competitiveness including market survey, kick-back or in the case of hotels,
    special benefits and values
  • Design experiences and itineraries exclusive to the client 
  • Building towards a win-win long-term relationship with the suppliers 
  • Organise and execute tender exercise when necessary

Working with the marketing team in:

  • Ensuring updated website itineraries
  • Regular email marketing and other communications 
  • Events and product launches

Producing product statistic analysis to support the Product Director in strategic decisions

Secondary Responsibility

  • Assist in any marketing activities

Reporting to the Product Director

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience in Travel agency, preferably in product department and luxury sector
  • Project management skills
  • Good travel knowledge
  • Good negotiation and people skill
  • Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is preferred
  • Able to work remotely if necessary

The Small Print

  • S$ 3,500pcm - S$ 4,500pcm
  • Hybrid model - 4 days in Central Singapore office/1 day remote, 9am - 6pm
  • 13th month bonus;
  • Non-sales bonus upon company achieving targets
  • 16 days annual leave + 1 day per year of service, capped at 25 days
  • Must be Singaporean, or have Singapore Permanent Residence status
