This family owned Villas agency is a super exciting startup that has gone from strength to strength since its inception in 2021. Based in Kent, this small team of 5 is headed up by an Icon of an MD who's experience has helped spearhead this brands industry recognition. The company prides itself on having visited all the destinations where their villas are located and have over 50 years combined industry knowledge - no mean feat for a small outfit!
The Role
As this is a brand new role within the business due to growth, we're looking for someone who loves the idea of coming into a small team of 5 and heading up the reservations and operations.
This role will be pivotal to ensuring targets are consistently hit, the sales process is refined and some more structure is introduced to the business operationally, supporting the MD. It's a really exciting time to be joining this growing startup with epic values.
The Person
Charisma, a can-do attitude and experience of having worked in the villas sphere before would be fantastic, but open to people who have worked in travel and are process driven, keen salespeople and love leading from the front and aren't afraid to get stuck in supporting the team.
It's a 3/2 hybrid split role, with the office in Sevenoaks, so would suit someone who drives.
The Day to Day
- Bring best practice and processes to enhance sales within the reservations department.
- Devise and implement sales strategy
- Lead the team to ensure targets are being hit & conversion rates remain high.
- Ad-hoc taking bookings and selling destinations to clients.
The Small Print
Monday to Friday - 9am - 5:30pm
Office: Sevenoaks, Kent
Hybrid 3/2 split with WFH Mondays and Fridays
Salary: £35,000
