Sales Director - Curated Experiences

Remote Europe £70K-£90K + Bonus Permanent

We could write nice things about these epic humans all day, so we’ll let them give y’all an overview of the business itself. “We deliver inspirational travel experiences (ITXs) to high-net-worth (UHNW) clients. Our mission is to enrich adventures, strengthen the human connection, and support personal transformation with the most accomplished people on the planet. We give unique access to people and places that are often inaccessible. Our mission is to give back to local communities and support conservation causes and social initiatives that improve the quality of life. Together we form a community of global travellers”.

The Role 

Quite honestly this role is what you'd expect it to be - you'll be taking over when it comes to sales and will be tasked with growing the business. As our client puts it “Your job is to create meaningful interactions with our prospects and clients that lead to expanding our revenue growth”. This will involve you using your own network whilst also sourcing new clients to sell our clients amazing products to.

Ultimately, you’ll be tasked with growing brand presence and sales in the marketplace and getting corporate, lifestyle and UHNW groups to buy our clients one of kind trips (with trips ranging from $100K to $1Million).

The Person

We can categorically say that no suits and no egos need apply for this role. We are looking for someone with charisma and passion in life and a deep understanding of how to sell to UHNWI’s and someone who plays in the NDA landscape. Experience in luxury travel/lifestyle is a non negotiable for the client and people with experience in private equity/yachts/banking also desirable.

You’ll have impeccable standards, both inside & outside the workplace, you’ll understand the power that words can have and know how sexy good communication can be. You’ll want to get down and dirty in this fast paced startup environment as part of the founding team (yes the client will talk shares too ;-) and you’ll be self motivated if you are coming on board remotely (hub office is in Amsterdam).

Oh and you’ll be driven by epic commission on these super high-end trips, but secure with amazing base pay and industry leading company benefits.

I’m in – tell me about the day to day?

  • Explore and deeply understand the wealth level and travel needs of current and prospect UHNW clients
  • Understand the UHNW decision-making processes and purchasing behaviour
  • Identify where improvements can be made in current sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
  • Educate and inspire prospects and customers with conversations
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Create sales reports and provide feedback at company meetings
  • Contribute to company growth by staying up to date with latest market and competitor trends
  • Improve conversion rates using thorough analysis and targeted performance improvement initiatives
  • Develop personalized product suggestions
  • Utilize post-purchase care to gain new insights
  • Develop and execute a customer retention strategy and reward customer loyalty

The Small Print!

  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 5 days per week - 9am - 6pm (time zone dependant)
