The Role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey of a travel booking, including:

  • Handling all enquiries from all different sources with the aim of clinching the bookings;

  • Servicing the clients after the bookings according to the company’s SOP to ensure the required standard of service;

  • Handling all aspects of the tour operations in accordance with the company’s SOP so as to facilitate finance operations and other statistical analysis required;

  • Following up after the clients return from the tour to gather feedback and practice where next call. Feedback should be organised and relayed to product team.

  • Experience in travel agency preferred
  • Passion for travel & travel knowledge

The Small Print

  • S$ 3,200pcm - S$ 4,000pcm
  • Hybrid model - 4 days in Central Singapore office/1 day remote, 9am - 6pm
  • 13th month bonus;
  • Sales commission achieving incentive targets
  • 16 days annual leave + 1 day per year of service, capped at 25 days
  • Must be Singaporean, or have Singapore Permanent Residence status
