The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end journey of a travel booking, including:
Handling all enquiries from all different sources with the aim of clinching the bookings;
Servicing the clients after the bookings according to the company’s SOP to ensure the required standard of service;
Handling all aspects of the tour operations in accordance with the company’s SOP so as to facilitate finance operations and other statistical analysis required;
Following up after the clients return from the tour to gather feedback and practice where next call. Feedback should be organised and relayed to product team.
