Villa Consultant

London / Hybrid £30k - £38k + Commission Permanent

This client is a luxury villa rental company representing some of the best private villas to rent in the most sought destinations across the Mediterranean and Morocco. The business currently boasts a select & exclusive portfolio of 200+ properties and was born from a lifelong passion for travelling and villa holidays and aims to become the best-known British brand for luxury villa rentals.

The Role

The Villa Consultant role is a key hire for the business. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic individual with at least 1 years proven track record in luxury villa sales.

This an amazing opportunity for the right candidate as they are joining the business at an exciting stage of growth, with newly automated sales processes and marketing campaigns that will take the business to a new level.

The primary role of the candidate will be to manage enquires and oversee sales. This is an excellent opportunity to grow into a role and be a senior member of the team as the company expands.

The day to day...

  • Working towards meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Striving to improve sales conversion percentage.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with new and established clients.
  • Working to nurture relationships with a pro-active attitude to ensure clients book again.
  • Collecting all relevant information from clients to ensure that the property we offer matches their requirements.
  • Ensuring that all relevant information about each booking/particular group is accurately and completely recorded on our CRM system to ensure smooth information flow between teams.
  • Ensuring that your product knowledge is constantly kept up to date. This knowledge includes the villas themselves, the services experiences available and the areas in which they are located.
  • Collaborating with and sharing knowledge with team members to help build and update the Villa Specialists’ team shared information.
  • Building professionally secure and engaging relationship with the owners.
  • Keeping an eye on the bookings and performance of individual villas and pro-actively discussing with Sales, Marketing and Supply teams.
  • Using your initiative to look actively for ways in which to improve the sales of the business and fulfil any other duties that may be reasonably expected to fall within your role.
  • Participating in regular familiarisation trips to ensure product and location knowledge is up-to-date.

Skills & Attributes...

  • 1+ year in luxury travel or villa sales
  • Be entrepreneurial, a ‘doer’, and enjoy the variety of working in a small team
  • A creative thinker with a genuine passion for luxury travel
  • Good general organisation
  • Languages a bonus but not essential

  • Salary: £30k - £38k
  • Commission: £10k OTE / with a top performer pushing to hit £15k
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 WFH
