This family-run specialist tour operator has been organising package holidays to the beautiful
islands of Greece for over 20 years, specialising in the Ionian Islands as well as the Sporades.
They’ve also been voted the best small villa company in the world 3 times before, pretty epic right?!
With a current team of 10, offices they own themselves in NW London and their own bespoke
reservations system/tech, this operator is the go-to for trips to Greece when you want the smaller
more private and unspoilt islands.

The Role: Villa Sales Specialist

We have an extremely exciting role for a personable, hardworking and diligent Villa Sales
Specialist to enhance our client's customer experience by putting together unforgettable villa
holidays.
We’re looking for people who have experience selling/travelling/living in Greece and know their
Paxoi from their Lefkas. You will be required to use your experience and product knowledge to
tailor each holiday, listening to client needs, wants and requirements to build the perfect holiday
package and organise all elements of this holiday.


The Skills Required

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritising, time management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Greece and Greek Islands
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of another European Language (desired but not essential)
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

The Day to Day

  • Prioritise the needs of the potential or existing client at all times
  • Answer incoming telephone calls; in addition to handling all web-generated, direct and
  • other written enquiries from potential customers relating to new bookings
  • Use industry and product knowledge to turn the clients’ requirements into their ideal
  • holiday package
  • Answer incoming telephone calls; in addition to quickly and efficiently responding to,
  • email enquiries and requests from existing customers relating to existing bookings
  • Build strong relationships with your clients to increase their likelihood of returning to the
  • company year on year
  • Follow up all leads in order to confirm the maximum number of potential bookings in
  • accordance with company procedure
  • Pay close attention to detail with all aspects of bookings in order to minimise errors, client
  • dissatisfaction and lost revenue to the company.

Reporting to: Owners

Start Date: ASAP

Location: NW London – 4:1 Hybrid Split

Basis: Full time (Monday - Friday with rotational Saturdays at 1.5 pay)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 PA + EOY Bonus
