This role suits an experienced Product Executive or Hotel Contracting Manager who's ready for their next step up. Long standing relationships is core to this role as well as an innovative mind who is eager to explore new opportunities as well as dialling in the current product offering. You will be given autonomy to run with their offering as the business grows with further future progression and development open to you so we're looking for that ambitious, people-driven character to take the reins in developing this destination. The East Coast is your oyster!

The role...

As a Product Manager for the East Coast USA, you will be responsible for this brands key destinations currently turning over £15Million+. You'll need a keen eye for market trends and the development of travel in the region along side a knack for negotiation to enhance commercial relationships. 

Working predominantly (but not exclusively!) on hotel partners your responsibilities will span from managing supplier relations and contracts, analysing commercial performance, to promoting exclusive travel experiences, all while contributing to our pricing and commercial strategies to drive growth and profitability.

The day to day...

- Product management and optimisation: Continuously review, update, and enhance existing products in line with business objectives, incorporating product performance analysis to ensure relevance and market competitiveness.

- Strategic Contracting and Negotiation: Secure and manage contracts with key hotels, transfers, attractions, and other value-added services for the East Coast. Drive business growth through negotiating exclusive deals and analysing potential new partners.

- Market Analysis and Innovation: Identify market trends, opportunities, and product gaps through detailed reporting and supplier engagement. Source innovative (and commercially viable) products that meet market demand and enhance the company's offerings. Regularly assess commercial performance by analysing key KPIs, identifying trends, and understanding the factors influencing performance.

- Commercial and Competitive Analysis: Conduct commercial reviews to assess product and pricing integrity. Communicate regularly with key partners, providing insightful summaries of performance, trends and strategic updates to foster transparency and strengthen partnerships.

- Itinerary Development and Marketing Support: Design new travel itineraries for the East Coast USA. Collaborating with marketing and other departments to ensure support and information is shared on new offerings.

- Sales Support and Training: Provide essential support to the sales team by addressing queries on pricing, availability, and product details. Ensure sales agents are well-informed about new products and destinations to enhance customer service. Facilitate FAM trips, educational visits, and product exploration trips to grow product knowledge and staff engagement.

- Content Management and Website Optimization: Maintain systems with current destination information and keep a regular eye on key website pages to enhance user experience and product presentation.

- Operational Support and Contract Management: Perform contract loading and undertake necessary
admin tasks to ensure accurate and efficient product management.
