Sales & Marketing Executive

London £35k - £45k (DOE) Permanent

We’re buzzing to be working with one of London’s most prestigious Super Yacht brokerage houses for this sensational role! Our client dives into luxury with UHNW clientele from around the world, offering access to a handpicked collection of the world’s finest villas, private islands, chalets and safaris, with the aim of being a full-service travel solution. 

The Role:

This dynamic role combines sales, marketing and administrative operations with the focus being exceptional customer service, high levels of organisation and someone that can keep up with a fast-paced work environment. There is a high potential for career development, learning support and the pleasure of working in a collaborative and fun environment. 

The Person: 

If you’re someone who loves a challenge and are keen to be part of upscaling a luxury travel outfit, this is the one for you! Our client is looking for an energetic, driven and unflappable personality to join the team. Someone with real drive, happy to work with people across different teams and willing to take initiative. You'll come with a knowledge and passion for the luxury travel industry but without the ego and with a ready to learn mindset.  

The day to day:

  • Provide support to and work closely with the Managing Director with day-to-day needs for sales, marketing and administration tasks
  • Create and amend beautiful itineraries and deck presentations for clients 
  • Develop and nurture important client relationships 
  • Liaising with suppliers and luxury properties 
  • Ensure the website is up to date with ideas for fresh content and propose innovative ways to promote brand across all marketing channels
  • Keep up to date with the latest travel trends 
  • Assisting the accounts department with any invoicing queries
  • Assist the Co-Founder with ad hoc tasks
  • Must be happy to travel to the office in Fulham, London for the probationary period (3 months)

What you'll bring to the role: 

  • At least one year of experience in luxury travel (preferably in a client-facing role)
  • Highly organised with ability to multi-task and an extremely good eye for detail
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent people skills and a team player 
  • Excellent intuition skills and a flair for creative ideas and solutions 
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to this varied role
  • Experience with a luxury villa or chalet company is desirable 

The small print: 

  • Salary: approximately £35k- £45k DOE
